Top fund CEOs join climate change panel
Nine chief executives from some of Australia’s biggest super funds and investment managers have formed a panel to ramp up talks on climate change policy, including the design of a carbon price in Australia.
The panel includes Ian Silk, of AustralianSuper, the country’s largest industry superannuation fund, and Mark Lazberger, of Colonial First State Global Asset Management, the country’s second largest funds manager.
It will be chaired by Frank Pegen of Catholic Super.
The other members of the panel are David Atkin of Cbus, Anne-Marie Corboy of HESTA Super fund, Stephen Dunne of AMP Capital Investors, Damien Frawley of BlackRock, Emilio Gonzalez of BT Investment Management, and Terry McCredden of UniSuper
