Clean Power Concepts Acquires General Bio Energy
Benzinga reports that General Bio Energy Inc. was acquired by Clean Power Concepts Inc. with the aim of expanding the latter’s business in the renewable fuels industry. A share exchange agreement framed the buy-in, with Clean Power getting 94.8% of GBE shares submitted in the trade off. Also, with the acquisition, Clean Power would have a production capacity of 20 million liters of biodiesel and its additives via GBE’s manufacturing operations.
